For your safety, please:

- Operate the Jet Ski carefully.
- Stay within the designated riding area.
- Follow all instructions given by Jet Ski staff throughout the activity.
- Avoid reckless riding or unsafe behaviour.
🛡️ Accident Insurance & Jet Ski Damage
Accident insurance and damage to the Jet Ski are not the same thing.
If the Jet Ski is damaged as a result of a guest’s own actions, misuse, negligence or failure to follow instructions, the guest may be responsible for the resulting damage costs.
🌦️ Weather Policy
Jet Ski activities depend on suitable weather and sea conditions. If conditions are unsuitable for safe operation, we will normally recommend:
- Rescheduling the activity to another suitable date; or
- Changing to another available tour or activity in a similar price range.
If unsuitable weather continues for several days and the activity cannot reasonably be rescheduled or replaced, the booking may be cancelled and a full refund can be arranged.
Safety conditions are determined by the actual local conditions at the time of service.

For cancellations unrelated to weather, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity.
Refund eligibility for customer-requested cancellations is subject to the Jet Ski operator’s applicable cancellation policy.
